Guests and occupancy
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and stay at the property throughout the reservation. Maximum occupancy is six guests. Only registered guests may stay at or use the property unless approved in advance.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is by 11:00 a.m. Early arrival or late departure requires advance approval.
Quiet hours
Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Please avoid excessive noise or conduct that disturbs our neighbors at all times.
No parties or events
Parties and events are not permitted. Visitors require advance approval.
No smoking or vaping
Smoking and vaping are prohibited everywhere on the property.
Pets
Pets are welcome with advance approval and a $150 nonrefundable fee per approved pet, per stay. Pets must stay off furniture and beds. When left inside without guests, pets must be safely secured in a crate. Please supervise pets outdoors and promptly remove pet waste. Service animals are accommodated as required by law.
Pool safety
No lifeguard is provided. Children and non-swimmers must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Running, diving, glass containers, and unsafe conduct are prohibited in and around the pool. Keep access doors and gates secured. Pool and patio use remains subject to quiet hours.
Parking and EV charging
A maximum of two vehicles may be parked in the designated gravel driveway. Street, lawn, and unauthorized parking are prohibited. Please follow the posted instructions when using the universal Tesla-compatible EV charger.
Care of the home
Please use the home, appliances, furnishings, and household items as intended. Report damage, maintenance concerns, or unsafe conditions promptly, and do not remove property contents from the home.
Trash and recycling
Place trash and recycling in the designated bins. Collection is Monday morning; when your stay includes that collection period, bins should be placed at the designated curb location Sunday night.
